The person speaking wanted them to suffer by having his men kick them in the face, and chest. At the end of the second part of the video he wanted one of his men to rip out one of the mens eyes. The news caster gave the impression that the Soldiers had not been found. The identity of those two Soldiers were unknown but that they had substantial evidence that they were Mexican Soldiers.
