Be responsible for your actions. Why is it everytime someone acts like a child or makes stupid decisions all while knowing the potential outcome has to blame the system?

When they come up and hand you pictures of you doing the deed in the same courtroom that you did it in - you shouldn't be able to appeal. If you are allowed to appeal, they should double his sentence/fines/court costs when they still find him guilty..
