People make hand and body gestures all the time in a court room while watching trials don't they? Oh look, that guy might have flipped the bird when he scratched his face! Let's charge him! That guy over there rolled his eyes! He is in contempt!

I mean, seriously, what a waste of fucking time. Kick his ass out of the courtroom if you must but don't waste everyone's time with nonsense. The whole thing is just stupid.

Having criminals pay for breaking laws is way over rated.

Maybe so, like that judge from the OJ trial. How many books did that dude write after it was over with?

Or mister bird flipper wanted to get on TV. Either way....

$160 in checking, $12 in savings and he said he could pay in the fine of $400 + $200 immediately?

                            Also, he makes $15,000 a year and his monthly expenses are $1,500? $1,500 x 12 = $18,000

Since he is a server I hope he was smart enough to not claim his income including unclaimed tip's!
