Means set up is off or it would lift a little and go faster. You wont win a lot of races doing big wheelies. But they are fun.

He made a post in the Racing Bench saying he left the front end loose from earlier in the day when the track wasnt near as good.

Not really. I have a tube chassis 68 Camaro & I've been at Dallas Raceway when they were running and there are several videos of it.
