we all were smoked from being out in the hot sun all day, none of us ran, just went to watch. Had alot of fun. It's amazing when you go from a little backwoods track like Temple Academy Dragway to a track like SAR. Very well run track (at least from what we could tell)

Dude I live 3 miles from TAD....and it's back in the woods....Don't get me wrong it's nice to have a drag raceway close to home, BUT....having a track that is set up WAY better, has more organization, track officials that aren't rude 1/4 mile beams that work, being able to get your timeslip and see what you've run....and wait for it.....wait for it......a track that actually has SOME PREP done to it for it's TEST and TUNE guys (being we're PAYING 10$) to race. There are so many people that go out there on Friday nights, and you making money...you can't prep the track better? So yes.....BACKWOODS...HONKY

yes I agree with you on that note...its been going down hill for a while, but its a national land mark around here...but if you wanna label anything "backwoods", you need to visit a little 1/4 mile track called prairie hill...now THATS backwoods...

Prarie Hill is first freakin class compared to Seven Points. The entry point is a joke and the shut down area is non existant. There are guys standing on the track and drunk off their asses! LOL!
At least at Prarie Hill its cheap and you can get a lot of runs in.

as long as you can keep from blowing a tire from the 4 foot deep pot holes in the middle of the lanes....

Just stay in the goove. Putting your tires in the middle is the slowest way on any strip.
