You joke about it, but that man is one of the few cops that I have dealt with that I think actually believes in honor, character and integrity in law enforcement.

He goes to work for the honor of the job, but he stays for the jelly donuts.

LOL...he can eat what he wants with as much time as he spends in the gym.

Rochester is a shithole. Aside from Dinosaur BBQ, not a single redeeming quality about that city

It was only a half joke actually. Never met him personally, but judging by the content of his posts he seems to be a pretty fair officer. So was just speaking the truth in a joking mannor.

Whats the problem? Protecting and serving is all I see.

Protecting their interests and the thin blue line and serving the public a plate of chest-beating bullshit is what I see.

That would depend on how the Rochester police department operates. If it is like most big cities in yankee land, they probably got nothing to worry about.

Which reminds me, what changed our opinion of me in that aspect? Was it that whole debacle over that thread I locked (and later opened)?
                      Just curious.

No, that is nothing more than bully tactics. Is it a coincidence that number of officers decided to perform some highly selective enforcement??

I wonder how many neighborhoods received the same service?

Where did the phantom "parking complaint" come from?

Right? I'm guessing that's why he is on parking duty.

No negative opinion of you other than you are a LEO that wanted to be a mod on here...tells me that you like to have power over others...and that you like to use it. You seemed pretty normal in person, but you were out of your element...meaning, not in uniform and not around other LEOs.

That's an interesting philosophy on it. However, becoming LE kind of just happened for me. It wasnt something I wanted to do growing up. I didn't get into it for the power, that's for sure.

As for moderator here, I was offered that opportunity by Kyle here at the suggestion of another moderator. I spend more time with "non LEO's" than I do with "LEO's". I never hang out with my co-workers unless we are on a mountain bike trail.
