The point I am trying to make is the cop said she would be arrested. At that point I would much rather not hassle with sleeping in a cell, fees, etc, etc, etc.... Is it right? No. But for the points I just mentioned none of that is important then. I would've asked for his badge number and handled it that way. What did she gain from this? Did she accomplish anything? But the fact of the matter is that she didn't break the law and was wrongfully arrested, on HER OWN PROPERTY i may add. Its not illegal to film leos in most states (47 i believe).
