    Can you imagine the total tax payer cost of the medical treatment the perp received?

    Officer showed great composure, but damn the burden of our legal system.

    We need to bring back public hangings.

    Not only for the sheer entertainment of them, but they sure would help the crime rate. Any sentence over 50 years for violent crime is automatic hanging on court house steps.

            I have to say the officer handled himself pretty well, he was for sure blessed that day. I am also impressed that the officer hit him five times in the heat of moment. Good composure...
