I found out today they have a Lincoln $1 coin. Picked one up for keeping. Never know.

Not so much collecting. I do buy scrap, though. I see silver as an all around better investment. Honestly, I don't have the capital to invest in gold bullion (if that's what you are referring to) to obtain any decent amount to make it worth my while, especially at my age.

I've got some scrap silver, mostly old necklaces and bracelets couple rings. I've heard silver had been going up and considered seeing what it would weigh out at.

I my uncle loaded up on a bunch of 100oz bars back in the mid 90's when I was working for him. He was waiting for silver to run to $50 an ounce. I use to think he was nuts but its made a decent run over the past few years.
