I'd buy one if I knew how to smoke food. I'm a novice griller, but an eager learner.

Not really that hard if you know what you like. Some like more of a smokier flavor and use harder woods (even oak, which I hate for smoking), but knowing what each wood does makes a big difference. Apple, pecan, mesquite are excellent for smoking. And patiences is a must.



To the OP, very nice set-up man. Dual fireboxes ftw.
