      Ah, learn something new. I have only met him 2 or 3 times and there was always a crowd asking him many many questions and I thought it was asked and answered how I stated earlier. Interesting to know it was all stock lower end.

      I know Kevin has told me at a SVT get together that at his power level if he was running regular 93 instead of E85 that he would have melted the pistons.

      Myself I have never built one of my own past 480rwhp so could never claim first hand knowledge of what the limits are, only parrot what people I know and trust have stated the limits are.

            Last time I was at HPP. I asked about Manny's 1K hp TT Termi. I was told it was the factory short block.

              The RB26DETT is a Nissan Skyline motor. Straight 6 turbo motor and many have made over 1k hp with them. No US cars had them though but you can get a skyline clip imported. Basically a skyline from japan that has had the roof cut off and the car cut in half and they send you the front with the motor, wiring, electronics and even the dash and front suspension.

              I'll ask the dumb question, what's the difference in the two? I thought they were both straight 6's
