I'll take that bet...bring your ZR1 and throw ME the keys. I only have 3k+ laps there!

as for the video...I have had a few buddys say it looked a little sloppy...I'll have to go watch it for myself to judge.

I will as soon as you can put up a faster lap time at Motorsport Ranch with both of us driving the same car of your choice. Heck, take your Crown Vic out there if you can get approval for us both to drive it. I can even arrange to have a Mustang in front of the Crown Vic, so you can pretend you are in a high-speed pursuit.

Actually I'm sitting on almost 1,600 hours at $45/hour.

We can't cash it out. When we leave, the city will pay for only 800 hours, so most people just burn time down to the 800 before their actual retirement date.

Don't hold your breath with the way Fort Worth is managing their finances, specifically entitlements (along with hundreds of other cities).

I took and passed Level 1, but then blew it off when I changed job directions and haven't looked back. That test is hard. Made the CPA exam seem pretty easy by comparison. I wouldn't mind doing Level 2 and 3, but I'd have to go into the financial services industry which isn't that appealing nowadays.

The entire afternoon portion was foreign currency, derivatives, and foreign currency derivatives. Honestly, those are the portions I don't study that much b/c of the time investment it takes to learn them well. For Lvl 1 and Lvl 2, I just aced the other 9 sections and sat down and thought my way through these sections to hit 50% on these sections (they're only supposed to be 10-15% of the exam). This exam, they were about 35-40% of the test. It was a gamble I took, but it turned out miserably. 250 hours and 5 months of weekends down the toilet. Oh well, it will be nice to not have to study for another year or so.
I'm sorry to hear it, Jody. The time and effort you've put out in preparation for that test is unfathomable. At least you have a great gig, and there's always next year.

So if you pass, is that the golden key to working wherever you want to? I'm honestly intrigued. I don't see why you wouldn't pass....
