Going Turbo Ls3,12 bolt cause race cars have 9" fords and 4l80. It's a factory a/c car so that's a plus for cruising.

I am leaving the exterior just like it is, I'll bring the interior back to life with oem replacement.

I think you are thinking of the old green one that Wheel-to-Wheel built several years back with an 1100hp twin supercharged 6.0 in it....it had a pretty big feature in Hot Rod and made the Powertour in 05'-06'....
