My old man wanted to throw it across the front of the bumper underneath. I told him it would mess up my aerodynamics a little to much. HEH. Actually I was concerned it would get damaged by rocks or something. it might mount across the back of the bumper but I really dont want to pull it off to open the tailgate. It looked fine on the hood but may have to take some time gettinguse to if I do it. I am going to go back and look at my Jeep pics to see how bad them were. They didnt bother me at all on the hood. Hmmmm not that you mention it I may look at the frame rails, dont want to end up like Raptor though.

Broncos dont have a super strong frame, but do have a solid body structure to keep it from flexing. Back in highschool, my brother and I used to beat the everliving shit out of ours, and never broke anything structural. We jumped them, crazy stupid stuff. Hell he rolled his 3.5 times until it hit a light pole and broke it, stopping the rollover. Frame and drivetrain was fine, we put another body on top of it.

He passed before finishing the interior, bit still drove it with just a seat and steering column.

Very nice, but that rear bumper needs to wrap around more. Doesnt make sense that is stops where it does. Hmmm. Still like it though.

just curious but where did you get that vette from? is/ was it the crossfire injection? i think that car used to be mine. i traded a 5.0 for it and was going to rebuild it and get it painted but it ran like shit because of a wiring problem with the crossfire injection and i sold it for like 3k. the reason i ask it because i see the hitch on the bumper and not many people have that on a vette, lol, and the guy who i got it from had put it on there.

A guy in Arlington that may have got it at auction. Someone had the chip in the computer backwards and the computer was fried. It is running just fine now but a friend of mine bought it from me. He sent it off to be painted fire red and it came back kind of a lipstick purple red looking color. He is still mad about it. I rewired a lot of it though so it was much better when it left me. It also had a fuse box issue, the inj two fuse blade was pushed back out of the box. We laughed trying to figure out which problem came first before everything else got screwed up. Oh yeah and the distributor was about 40 degrees out.

i was in the process of moving and i just needed it gone. i replaced the rotors and attempted to rebuild one of the calipers but i ended up selling it before i could really spend a lot of time on it. i also think i replaced the fuel pump too. the previous guy had been messing with some wires back there too. plus i think there was a fire in the battery compartment at some point.

the original color was that original baby blue color, it was bad ass and perfect. the guy i had got it from decided he wanted it to be red and got it painted at macco like a retard and what you saw was what had happened to it with in a year of it being painted.

Nice Truck man. I'm really hung up on those 80's Fords right now, I just love the looks. I guess I grew up seeing them, like the first BigFoot. You have a grown man's powerwheels! Yeah, I want one. I dig the soft top as well.

Question: could you fit, lets say and ATV in the back without the rear seats in? Just curious.

I measured mine before and it's about 4 feet wide above the wheel well, and like 5-6 feet from the back of the front seats to the tailgate. With the top off a 4 wheeler may fit in there depending on the size of the quad.

It should be the same width, roughly, as an F150 of the same year.

I figured it would. I just picture loading up my four wheeler, top down, going riding.

Found this pic, it makes a nice accessory. I guess you better tie it down extra tight, or you'll feel it come though the cab lol!
