thats very close minded. its not the motorcycle. Its the rider. I was thinking the same thing about a gun. I'd honestly shoot some one if they did that to me.

Problem is, that is the typical sport bike attitude.

That rider would have never had an issue if:

1) he was not hauling ass (exceeding the speed limit)
2) crossing a double yellow line

Bikes want all the perks, but none of the responsibility of driving within the rules.

If I was the guy in the truck, I'd explain my driving by saying I was trying to get the license plate on the first bike. You know they tuck them under the wheel well so you can't see them, so I had to follow him a long, long way. He was driving fast so I tried to keep up.....

I must chime in.

It doesn't really matter if the guys on the bike are speeding, crossed yellow lines or whatever the fuck they did, but no one, especially a civilian has no right to take matters like that into their own hands and try and harm or even kill someone.

As far as the guy didn't try running him off the road he just "blocked him" bullshit, he had probably 12 inches between the side of his truck and the dirt. If some dumb ass wants to go 90 mph and hit a pole or run into the back of someone then that is on his grave, but no one has the right to try and do that. Period. Pissed off, bad day, it happens all the time around here, no excuse.

So by this statement, you are justifying just about every road rage incident ever. Had someone not cut someone off or flipped someone off, they never would have caught that beatdown or bullet in the head had they not "put themselves in that situation to begin with". Nice.

Up until the attempt to pass, both riders had kept their bikes between the lines. Hell, even when the second rider was trying to keep up with the truck, he still managed to stay in his own lane most of the time.
