As jas been said, keep the RPMs down in the 'hood, especially at night. I don't know that the cops would waste time investigating unless they happened to catch you in the act, but if enough of those letters are sent, they may make a point to patrol the area a little more.

Without proof it's their word against yours that you were "racing," so I doubt that you'd get popped for that, but getting caught without cats comes with a hefty fine IIRC.

He thinks he has to wind out 1st gear all the way down 4 blocks with a ORH and flows then goose it right at the end. If it was a once and a while thing then no biggie but he does it ALL the time and at all hours.
