If it was a normal low mileage, non rusted Festiva with the standard transmission, I would pay $3k for it, I miss mine.
My best quarter mile time in it was 14.54 sec.and 97mph on stock 12" wheels/tires, before the 300,000+ mile body started flexing due to Michigan rust.

Pulled out the 58hp 1.3L, built a hybrid 1.6L 16 valve engine (Mazda GTX dohc shortblock, 16v sohc head modified to fit, pistons nothced to clear different vlave placement) homemade intake and exhaust manifolds, modified Weber carb for blow-through boost, Garrett t22 turbo.
The engine ran awesome when I first tested it, but clutch couldn't hold it, so I made a duel diaphragm pressure plate. The stock transmission cannot handle a bunch of hp+traction, so I had to leave small tires on it and deal with tire spin. 2.2-2.5 second 60 foot times was normal. I eventually changed the suspension, and ran 145r 13 tires, but never went faster.
Building manifolds
ghetto fab duel diaphragm pressure plate
Pic of the first assembly, pre paint
fat fuck posing with the shitbox (notice license plate held on with one bolt, lol)
I made a bit of money with it racing it as it was a real sleeper until the turbo spooled at 3300 rpm.
