guy accuses his wife of cheating and said he would kill her and her lover. he goes to her house but she has a gun and he backs off. she calls the police.

also someone said police in Nicaragua can not use deadly force unless a firearm is pointed at them.

I don't know about Nicaragua, but in small towns in Mexico (like where my mom lives), most of those guns aren't loaded. The real problem is that everyone knows it.
