For a crew cab that is then sent off to be modified/upgraded with leather and bed you will be looking at right under $100.
That dodge will be much higher than a megacab. First of all it is based off a 4500 with rear air suspension etc, then the tanks. I bet the msrp in north of 60 in base trim.

The heaviest I ever was on my F-350 was 42k gross (9k truck, 33k trailer(s)) and was seeing around 9.5 if I was sane. I had a programmer, intake, exhaust, etc. The problem that truck had was headwind. If I was driving into ANY wind it would tank the economy.
My 5.9 was just a fluke. Empty I'd see 25-28 and depending on load anywhere from 8-18.
