Picture question for all you smart guys!

Is there a way to create a cool border/layer in Photoshop and have it added to all my pictures automatically. We are taking a bunch of pictures saturday and want every picture to have the same border and stuff. Kind of like when you get a picture taken at sea world and then print it right then and there and it already has the sea world border and stuff.

We want to be able to print them right then and there with the border already on the pics. Any ideas?
