That doesn't have to be frame damage. It could simply be a trashed bushing on the rear end suspension or jacked up king pins or front alignment issues.

Lol my dad had a lifted tacoma once. Just blocks/shackled rear and one of the blocks had slid out and it tracked just like that. I was all wtf too......but in a much deeper voice of course lol
