I am by no means saying the cops actions were right. But when he asked the guy if he lived there and he said no, that was all the cop needed to know in order to get suspicious of what they guys was up to. It has been said that the truth hurts. In this case, the truth wouldn't hurt.David

On the other side of the same coin, the camera guy had to know he was provoking them just with his presence with a camera. He should know the old "mess with the bull, you may get the horns" routine.
