If you guys have an hour or so....this meat glue stuff is actually VERY interesting.

Harvard is working with people on developing it and what not. The chef in this video is using it like there is no tomorrow. Seems as though it is pretty harmless OUTSIDE of gluing scraps of meats together and having the excess bacteria on a rare/med rare steak:



The guy is making shrimp noodles (actual blended shrimp into noodles), peanut butter pasta, gluing fruits/veggies together, white and dark meat chicken, etc

i would agree with that. Bought one the other day for $2 just as a quick dinner for myself. Cooked it med rare and it wasnt all that great and it looked just like the cuts of meat in that vid

I wouldn't see much of an issue using this on meats that need to be fully cooked, like chicken and pork, but never beef cuts.
