If you guys have an hour or so....this meat glue stuff is actually VERY interesting.
Harvard is working with people on developing it and what not. The chef in this video is using it like there is no tomorrow. Seems as though it is pretty harmless OUTSIDE of gluing scraps of meats together and having the excess bacteria on a rare/med rare steak:
The guy is making shrimp noodles (actual blended shrimp into noodles), peanut butter pasta, gluing fruits/veggies together, white and dark meat chicken, etc
