looks like it was an accident to me. yea he was arguing with the cop but i doubt he did that on purpose

I'm going to assume since it's a toyota and looks to be newer he may have had the throttle sticking issue, but he still had to put the car in reverse and hit it wide open. It appears that as it progresses the throttle may be closing some as the pulses on the rev limiter get longer, either way it's kinda funny.

oh i agree it's funny, but i am willing that he was pissed and just grabbed the shifter and threw it into drive and hit the gas... only problem was that it didn't slide all the way down to D, instead it landed at R and proceeded to fuck his world up! lol

Yeah I can only imagine the look on the cops face(and I feel bad for him because he seemed pretty polite) and the look of the driver if it was an accident because he just realized he was up "Shit Creek"
