I know he looks like a find outstanding citizen, but I don't think that matters when he......

1) has a gun in his hands and has alread threatened the patrons
2) is/was trying to rob the joint in the first place
3) has already pointed it at everyone in the place
4) since his intent was clear when they pulled up, He surely wasn't there for Tea and a biscuit.
