yes it is vinyl. I was thinking about using my wifes hair blow dryer but didnt know if it would work or not lol.

I've used heatlamps before and once had a hairdryer that got hot enough, but I've seen many that didn't.

My buddy works at a body shop that has an account with the city. Everytime they have to remove the vinyl off of a cruiser they use an eraser wheel similar to this.
