I flipped a stoppie in gear, but on a streetbike about 8 years ago. I hit the ground and thought "that wasn't that ba..." and before I could finish the thought the bike came down on top of me at ~40mph.

I didn't break anything, but it really hurt. I was sore all over for awhile.

Of course if he didn't do stoppies then he wouldn't need the helmet because the bike wouldn't come down on him

The first funeral I attended that meant something to me was when my friend flipped a brand new Honda ATC 3 wheeler and when it came down on him it crushed his skull and he died instantly...it was his christmas present......on christmas day.....in front of his parents and grandmother.....because they didn't get him a helmet. I have NEVER ridden without a lid because of that.

Haha...everyone's gotta have a hobby. I'm almost done spending for a while now (as soon as I get the powder coat back and DRZ together), then it's time for some riding.

Thanks for the rec but Sanger is waaay too far away. Anyone have a suggestion closer to the Plano/Garland/Rockwall area?
