Where is a good place to get a bike fairing and seat fairing paint touched up ?

I have a scratches on my left side fairing and one small spot on my seat fairing.

Depends on the bike/color... if you're talking about a sport bike they usually don't share their color codes and you have to pay out the ass to a single company for their paint to make it match. If you get all that, I can help you do it if you feel like doing it on your own.
