DRZ400, what do I need to do?

I have a good factory carb I will sell you. I just bought a DRZ a few weeks ago and am really liking it. I have read to stay away from AM cams in it. I have the 3x3 (stupid basic mod) done, a 39mm carb upgrade, and AM pile with the stock silencer. Real fun bike for how old the design is.

Everything was good for the most part. Coming from a sportbike background when I bought it I thought it would be a sled, but it's actually pretty quick.

I picked it up off a guy that got it from a buddy that owed him money, couldn't pay the debt so he got the DRZ instead. He knew it had the high compression piston, hot start & compression dump, but didn't know the rest.
It's pretty clean and doesn't really have wear marks on the frame from boots that you usually see with a dirt bike, unless the guy just putted around on it or wore tennis shoes.

I intended on riding trails, but never did, so it sat.

I knew there were a couple independents in the Pottsboro / Denison Area. If I'm thinking right, the Pottsboro guys are pretty knowledgeable folks. I think I had a buddy that was working out there. Chris Balla (unsure on last name spelling)
