  • Bought an Old Bike

It's a '71 Honda CB350 in Candy Gold. I found it at a garage sale!

It only has 4,996 miles and is complete and almost all-original, with only a rear tire replaced and the carbs recently rebuilt. It runs okay, but the left side carb/cylinder still seems to out of adjustment so I'll be working on that this week.

It's kind of dorky but I couldn't help getting it since it's so clean and original. Just thought I'd share.

I bought one of those at a garage sale for $20. It ran and everything. I cut it up,gave it more of a rake, made a seat, fired on an old tank, and threw a longer set of forks on it and sold that bitch for $2500

That is a really cool looking bike, Danny. I wouldn't change anything about it.

I think so, but I did pay more than twenty bucks.

Danny, what did you give for it if you don't mind me asking? A range is fine, and pm me if you don't want to say publicly. I want a bike project, and a CB is probably where it will start

My dad hopped on the bike in the driveway there at the garage sale. It was a little cool out so he had on his leather jacket.

I told him, "Man, you look just like the Fonz!"

The crackhead woman browsing the used clothes just about choked on her last tooth...

For those of you that know my dad... well, you know I'm right.

Wish I had known that. Just sold a running, driving 91 CB750 Nighthawk yesterday for $575 that only needed minor work.
