I think it is important to learn what happens to make sure we don't make the same mistake. (if a mistake was made) Seems a lot of riders are going down lately. Sorry for your loss.Last edited by SSMAN; 10-23-2013, 06:05 AM.

I have the certified Tarrant County Medical Report, Toxicology, Examination, etc.... It has absolutely no details on the accident. The medical examiner does not investigate how a traffic accident happened. He only determines how the person died.
I find it funny how your friend is an expert when the medical report only states - cause of death - trauma from auto accident - death cause Accident
I have a certified copy of the Police Report with all details, diagrams and all witness accounts. This is the document that the details the accident.
I can guarantee you it did not happen the way your friend said it was.

Not Saying One Of You Are Right And The Other Is Wrong, But The Night It Happened, The First Thing We Heard Reported Was He Was Driving Too Fast And Weaving Between Cars.
Our Mutual Friend Dez Swore Up And Down He'd Never Ride Like That, But That Report Of Him Riding That Way This Night Had To Come From Somewhere Since It Seems Like More Than One Person Has Been Reporting It.
Either Way I Think We Can All Agree Its A Horrible Thing To Lose A Rider This Way--Marcus

Go to I35W south and the Alsbury On ramp. The on ramp turns into the exit for 174.
The Rider was doing about 50mph as there was traffic. Being a Boozefighter they ride side by side with their fellow bike brothers. They just left Cotton Patch after eating dinner.
At that intersection cars come over quickly to get on 174.
The FRONT of the Vrod and the Right Rear of the SUV collided, throwing the rider off. Rider was throw across two lanes of traffic before getting run over by a truck.
Thats the true details of the wreck per police report and (7) eye witnesses. There was no weaving in and out of traffic.
Lots of people assume because he had a vrod that he was weaving or going over 100mph. But thats not the case. He was riding side by side with his boozefighter brothers.
Im done with this thread as I lost a relative and do not wish to relive the details. Ive talked to the eye witnesss', been to the boozefighters clubhouse for the riders memorial, talked to the riders who was with him on the night of the accident, talked to the Burleson Police investigator, got copies of the police report, got copies of the medical examiners reports.
I know what happen. I know the extent of his injuries.
Again the chapter is now closed.
