I have bought a lot of dirt bikes and 4 wheelers without the titles and everything has been completely legit. People will lose the title and they don't worry about getting a new one because you don't have to register it

I've sold ten or more without a title, tractors are the same way.

Yup...I have bought many used bikes without the title. Never thought twice about it. But now I will since this crap happened to my friend. I always run the VIN to see if it is stolen, but never thought to check for a lien.

its not ground off IT WAS WRECKED lol
