in all seriousness, there are clean ways to stretch/lower a bike. a 300 tire, 95% chrome, neons and spikes are not one, imo

a 240 tire is much more reasonable.

if you just want to get a clean setup together without blowing your wad, how about a cbr, zx, gsxr, yamaha, 1000 class?

you can fit a 200 tire on the stock rim, and clear the chain and swingarm no problem. also, you'll still be able to take a corner

a 200 tire will fill out the gap under the tail section a lot better on a 1k opposed to a busa or 14r

why not just get a street cruiser, v-rod look nice if done right, hell yamaha has a bike to kinda looks like a v-rod. now if you wanna get more custom, check out some of the pro street cruisers.

Go naked bike or a adventure touring bike. Those guys tend to be more grown up and aren't shitbags.

If I were wanting to meet new people that were successful my choice would be a Triumph Tiger 800 or a BMW F800GS

Yea but at 32 and aging, you'll fit the cruiser crowd more and be 10x more comfortable as long as you don't get some sort of ape hangers..

Since I've hit the ripe old age of 32 I've picked up a BMW r1100rs for more comfort and longer rides.

If you like the idea of a sportbike and not a thug type crowd, look around on http://www.fwmr.net

They do track days, mild country road rides (gear is mandatory, ride leaders must do X amount of track days and be voted in), and bike night. They are an older crowd than the typical early 20s group, and focus on fun and safety. I've been on a couple country rides with them and do a bike night and they are all really nice people.
