Just bought this bike (2004 rmz 250), and I am getting snake bit around ever corner with this thing. On a side note, I made my own seal mate an I be damn if it did not work! :-). They were leaking bad. Now I may have a head gasket leakin into the coolant system. :-( keeps blowing coolant out the overflow hose while riding. Sigh....

What do you mean made you own seal? The seal you can see from the outside is just a dust shield fwiw. Where do you live?

Did not make seal, made a tool to clean the seal. Look up seal mate. I made one of those. It worked. Pulled all kind of crap out of that seal
