Refuse to buy bikes/ atvs/ cars without titles. If people stop buying them, maybe the people who steal them to resell will stop stealing them.Comment

When I buy parts from someone I have no way of knowing how they acquired them especially since I purchase a lot of them through ebay and other websites/forums. If I suspect it is stolen I won't purchase.Originally posted by dville_gt View Post

When I am looking at any kind of vehicle the first thing I ask is if it has a title. If they say no, I just say thank you I am not interested and move on.
I have purchased 1 ATV without a title before and I was nervous the entire time I ownded it. I will never do that again.
I just offered one way to help stop vehicle theft. I did not say or think it would help with all of the reasons people steal.Comment
