Selling a bike: test drive or no test drive?

+1 on the cash in hand. I just saw a post on a bike forum where a potential buyer test rode a bike and never came back. The bike was a $26K Harley. A couple weeks ago I read that a potential buyer dropped the bike at a light and did dome damage to the side of the bike. He didnt buy it because it was too heavy. LOL
