Suspension setup in DFW today?

I have been jacking with my suspension but the truth is that I need someone who knows WTF they are doing to set it up for me. Anywhere locally that I can get this done today?

Road or Dirt?

Either one will not be done in a day, not properly.

Honda 919 street bike. Just want a baseline. I know that it will not be right on the money but it gives me somewhere safe to start.

look in your manual for the stock settings, or pull up the service manual online if you can find one.

sag is something you will need another person to help you to do, but setting the compression and rebound is fairly simple. it is a streetbike, not like a dirtbike unloading the shock too fast in the rough stuff.
