I just got this 2007 Kawasaki KFX 700 & it is popping a little when the bike is decelerating. I've read that it probably needs to have the carbs & jets cleaned but since I have never done it before & thought about trying & adding a bottle of either Seafoam or Berrymans B-12 Motor Tune-Up in the gas tank first to see if it helps at all. Have any of you fellas done this?

I've only run it through a vacuum line, never done the tank thing, but I've heard it works also, probably not as effective though.

i wouldnt use the b-12 too much if at all...it can deteriorate the rubber o-rings in your carb..
the seafoam is good, and has worked for me by puttting it in the tankComment

Take the carbs off and clean them. Putting shit in the tank might only be a temporary fix. Running lean is not with the shortcut.Comment

I'll have to try pulling the carbs off & cleaning them next weekend. Just hope I don't fuk them up. HahaComment
