  • Cheapest place to get tires mounted (rims off)?

Just wanted to get opinions from a few of you guys. Brother-in-law ordered some Pilot Road II's for his Blackbird online and they came in today. I'm going to take the wheels tomorrow to get em mounted somewhere (not looking for someone with a couple of crowbars and screwdrivers to scratch up his wheels that have 900 miles on them). Closer to downtown Dallas the better.

Yeah I've used Bates before....might call them up as well as Sabin Performance and see who wants my bro-in-laws money more.
Whats Kawi South (thats what I call em) charge?

A&R Motorsports in Haltom City - Patrick(palotz...) from the board works there. $20 wheel off I believe.

Jon Maas over in Plano has a tire machine at his place and works out of there. $15 wheel off. 214-505-4627

Called Kawasaki of Dallas this morning......are you effin kidding me? 38 dollars EACH (this is with the wheels OFF the bike)!!!! I know where I WON'T be taking my money. Holy hell.....Al Lambs told me 39 dollars each, Honda Suzuki North told me 95 dollars for the pair...and then the guy told me they charge a higher price because he got the tires from someone else.....so because I won't buy their marked up overpriced tires they are basically saying FUCK YOU we don't want your business? FUCK THEM!!!

Your pretty poor at reading skills dumbass.....its not my bike...and second...why would I spend an extra 40 bucks (half a tank of gas in my truck) to have tires mounted at an overpriced Honda/Suzuki dealer when I could go to the other side of the freeway to Bates and get em done for 20 bucks each? Oh I know...because your a baller and you think I should just throw away money.

Why should the customer be concerned about what bills a business has to pay?

Why shouldn't the business make their prices competitive?

Why are you a fucking dumbass?

Sabin performance did them for 20 bucks each out the door and also told me he will beat ANYONES prices for tires (including internet prices). I prefer supporting the little guys who have to compete with big superdealers like Al Lambs.

                          What size shinko?

We mount tires off the bike for $20 a wheel FYI ... only about a half hour turn around most of the time provided there isnt a line of people waiting.

If gas wasn't so high and your shop were closer I would've had y'all mount them but that drive is a bit far from where I'm at.
