You should sell the HD and get a Turbo Busa...then you could out-rev your neighbors candy apple red Honda.

It's a great bike. It's comfortable, plenty of power, great looks, etc. I love it.

The guy behind me put a contract on my house Monday. I might just be living out your way soon.

            LOL at "bike curious" tag...

Here's what the hunt is now on for, hopefully should be able to find what I want in the next month or so... They're everywhere, just want to find the "steal" of a deal...

I ride an 08 105'th road kind it's copper and black with a lot of chrome

I'd suggest looking in craigslist I see a lot of good deals there a lot of scammers too tho

I'm 6'3" and the road king fits me fine I'd say one of the glides or even a stripped down dyna would be a good starter

                  people, wear helmets.

first thing I think of when I see the title is "lexus turns out in front of biker", but then read it and see the guy failed to stop. Was 22 and riding a fairly new HD with no helmet. Even a half helmet is better than none.

When I rode my Vrod I even wore my Icon helmet and jacket, and always gloves.

Same here (also ride a vrod), I always wear my helmet. I just bought a new Shoei Qwest helmet that I am waiting to show up.

I'd go 1100 if I was bobbing our chopping one, there are a lot more options on aftermarket support.
