Behind a Focus at a stop sign and she turns right. Realizing that she had needed to turn left she comes back to the stop sign in reverse and hits me while I am about to go. She said that she couldn't see me because of the birthday balloons in her car. It was her 19th birthday.

It was my GFs second time on the bike. We were trying out her new gear purchased earlier the same day. She got a couple of bruises and I got a scrape but no real injuries. The bike is not to bad and her insurance will be fixing it. I am out and about on it right now actually.

When I was 16 some hillbilly 18 year old driving a jacked up old Ford truck did the same thing to me when I was stopped behind him on my old CB500. Luckily it only damaged the front fender, front axle, and headlight...which his parents PROMPTLY paid to have repaired at the Honda shop.
