Valve specs needed on CRF100F

2004 CRF100F, trying to set the valves and can't find the specs. I've found several places I can pay to download the manual but no actual specs.

Can someone help me out with this?

ill look around but i can almost guarantee you those valves wont be out of spec..

I went with .004. One was too tight and it would not run, but would pop back through the pipe. After five minutes of adjusting the valve it fired right up. Once you figure it out it's literally 45 minutes, start to finish...

Now I've got to do the carb as it will not idle with the choke off or even in the halfway position.
