Trail ride GTG

Does anyone want to have another GTG before it get to cold. I just got me another bike abbout a month ago and haven't had much free time to take it anywher and ride. But now since my work changed are schedules I have a lot more time and woud like to get in a good ride before it gets to cold.

Some friends of mine are going to shiloh ridge the day after thanksgiving and camping out.

Not sure if I'm down for the camping part yet, I'm a puss when it comes to the cold.

Let me know when and where you would like to go im off this weekend and can probably take off a day next weekend but have to work Thursday and Friday. Then im off the next to weekends after that. It doesnt really matter where we go I just want to do some riding

The website for Shiloh Ridge makes it look like a pretty good place to ride.

Id like to give crooked creek a try but i dont think my bike will pass the sound limit.

I went to Crooked Creek last spring with a buddy and would recommend it. I think the exhaust rules are pretty lax unless your machine is just stupid loud.

I think my bike will be all right my only concern iss driving down there and not passing and having to go back home. My bike is a 07 kx450 all stock with a fmf poercore4 slip on.

Only way to find out is to go down there. They didn't even ask me or my buddy to start our bikes so I wouldn't worry too much about the tech. My DRZ400 isn't what I would call super loud but it makes some noise...and I promise there were plenty of thumpers and 2 smokes there that were quite a bit louder than mine. On a side note...there is a lot of wildlife there. I damn near ran over a wild hog that decided to camp out in the middle of a turn.
