          Are you kidding? Trail friendly? Thats a LOT of bike for trail use. I like powerful bikes when theres a lot of wide open space...but in tight woods I think that might be a difficult bike to manage.

                        It's probably a 1986 or 87. I'm not even sure I know where the title is anymore.
                        I'm going to toss it on CL for a couple hundred, and hope someone is bored and wants a project, lol.
                        It needs WAY more work then I'm willing to do. (I don't even have a clue what it needs that's how bad it is)

                          Send me a few pics and a price. I might be interested. I had fun getting this old XT running and wouldn't mind doing it to another. These XT's are calm enough that they make good bikes to ride when friends with very little experience come over and ride with us.
