    What is a good price for a 1998 YZ250? FMF exhaust, new clutch, I know the guy selling it and he takes care of his stuff he just got too old for it.

        I'd try for $500 and go from there. How many hours on the top-end?

          Not sure. He is asking 1000. I work with the guy. He says he probably hasn't started it in a year... the carb is probly gunked up.

            $600. If you can't do the work, then it will be $250 for a top end and another $150 for carb gone through. How are the fork seals? Another $150 there too.

              You must be including labor in those figures. Parts would be around $150 for a top end, maybe $20-$50 for carb stuff, and $30 for fork seals. Another $30 for fork bushings if needed (probably will). All of this stuff would prob be needed on any used 2T bike.

              Mustangguy hopefully can work on bikes, if not then this would be a good opportunity to learn!
