We are going up to Mena in oct, wolf pen gap. i know of a couple of people heading EARLY saturday morning. it is about a 4.5-5 hour drive from DFW. we are actually heading up on thurs, and will be leaving out sun morning. they are pretty open and flowing trails, nothing real challanging, but it is fun for the family. we are staying here http://www.cossatotriver.com/index.html but there are many places to stay. http://www.visitmena.com/
