Worth the price?

As everyone already knows, I don't know much about dirtbikes.

With that being said I don't think I need anything new, fast, or expesnsive. I just want to tear ass around a few trails i have behind my house and maybe the ocassional ride to some tracks.

Is this worth $700? I am trying to stay under a grand.

Soo is this priced well, I don't know what resale value is on these things. I don't want to spend $2,800, I want to be as close to a grand as possible.

700 is fair...i payed 1200 for my klx300 with built stroker motor, susp, etc...

Is there anything I should be alarmed by or concerned with in that ad? I see a lot of things replaced.

The other small problem is that even though I replaced the petcock the "on" side is clogged even though I put compressed air through it so i just use the "reserve" side.

nah, the throttle play and petcock issue is simple...these air cooled single cyl are so basic it's stupid.

Right. From what I read, those "issues" are next to nothing (both effort and cost). Makes me wonder why someone wouldn't just fix those.
