I may be in depending upon the day, the job and life have me traveling alot lately. I miss these rides, I moved out of state for a year and just now got the bike back down here so hopefully I can make it.

I could see myself possibly doing another group ride....but lets not call this the FIRST one...that was with Jose, OC, Andy(4DRSS) with his sweet RC51, and a few others I can't remember. Gotta ride reasonably though because I don't need another repeat of the State Trooper/Waxahachie PD incident

The best part was when Andy went into his storage compartment to show the officer he really had a license plate.

Yeah...ironically Andy was the only one who got a ticket...for the plate no less. When the state trooper came back up front where I was he shined his flashlight at my bike and hollered for everyone to look at my plate and said "THATS what I want to see on a bike". I think he said he clocked the first bike in the group "ME" going about 90 when he passed us on the other side....I'm glad he wasn't around when we were doing 120

The only person he got a definite read on was Jose and he said if he didn't have everyone he wasn't going to write on person a ticket. We tried to tell Jose not to let us lead....lol

So are we going to do this and if so what's the date?

Will this be starting pretty early? It's getting way too damn hot to be cruising mid day.

I'm thnking we are going to bump our trip back a week. Shouldn't matter much, if its all sportbikes we wouldt ride with the group anyways.

Just two differet dtyles of riding. For a cruiser to run with sportbikes isn't fun, and for a sportbike to slow down for a cruiser isn't any fun.
