Banshee or raptor for north Texas trail riding?

I know the person who own this raptor. It's bad ass, and runs like a scalded ass ape.

Agree, for trails and dunes, Raptor hands down. I love the banshees, but for a trail machine, not a good choice.

The raptor is a great all around four wheeler, I have an 08, modified like the one listed on craigslist but mine is stock bore/stroke 14 to 1 compression, with a racers edge head, I trail ride it everywhere, never had a single problem with it, dosen't overheat, 72 hp at the wheels on the same dyno his made 80. I run 110 octane fuel but rode all day at mena arkansas on 1 tank of fuel, same as a friends stock raptor did.

True, go big bore, with head ported and cam, and make 80+ plus hp, and you can still run 93 octane all day long. While everyone else run VP 110

probably so, but it'll easily do everything a 50- hp quad will do and more.

very true, but unless a person is a dunner or drag racing alot, its just over kill. the only time i can not get some where, its because I cant, not be cause of the lack of power. my little suz make maybe 30HP to the ground and has no problem doing anything a raptor can do, unless its top speed runs.

that being said, the only other sport quad i would have is a raptor700 or a trx700xx.
