Who is the go-to for buffing?

My fiance is looking at a Black G35x. The paint needs some work and I am hoping to use that as a bargaining chip to get it for a really good price. There are a LOT of swirls in the paint and a lot of scratches/scuffs on the right rear corner. Nothing looks to be through the clear coat. I plan to get some pictures tonight, was just wondering who our go to guy was around here now for paint correction.

Also, do we have a PDR guy? There is a ding in the passenger door.

Just trying to get a ball park estimate on what it will take to correct/improve the paint before I decide to talk numbers.

dentguru was the pdr guy but i haven't seen him post in ages. i know some people still talk to nick chapman, he would be my choice for fixing a paint job.
